D. The equipment platform shall be limited to six equipment cabinets. Five will be 30 <br />inches wide by 40 inches deep by 5 feet tall and one cabinet will be 2 feet wide by 2 <br />feet deep by 5 feet tall. <br />E. The antenna support units and equipment cabinets shall be limited to the single user <br />(VoiceStream) and the applicant ATP NTinneapolis. Future antenna additions will <br />require a revised CUP. <br />F. The antenna units and equipment cabinets shall not be lighted. Electric and phone <br />wires serving the equipment and antenna units sha11 be mounted to the building roof. <br />G. The antenna units, equipment platform, and supporting cabinets shall be completely <br />removed from the site by the applicant (ATP Minneapolis) after operations cease, or if <br />the equipment is damaged or unsafe as determined by the Roseville Building Official, <br />or if the CUP elapses or if the use is determined to be in violation of the CUP or City <br />Code by the Community Development Director. The City may require the applicant <br />(ATP Minneapolis) to post a bond to assure timely removal of the antenna units and <br />supporting equipment. <br />K Parking of maintenance vehicle(s) shall occur in an off-street parking space of the <br />parking lot affiliated with the Roseville Professional Building. <br />I, The color of the antenna, antenna support units, equipment platform, and equipment <br />cabinets shall be of a similar color (white) to that of the principal structure. <br />J. This conditional use permit shall expire 6 months after approval if a building permit has <br />not been issued. (Section 1013.03) <br />5.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />5.1 By motion, approval (approve with modifications or deny) a resolution granting ATP <br />Minneapolis a conditional use permit to a11ow the installation of three wireless communication <br />antenna (one on north building facade and two free standing on the building roof at the <br />southeast and southwest corners) and an associated equipment platform and cabinet area <br />VolceStream, at the Roseville Professional Building 2233 Hamline Avenue North, based on <br />the findings in Section 3 and with the conditions A— J in Section 4 of this report. <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke <br />Attachments: narrative, site plan, location map, aerial photo, draft PC minutes, and draft CC resolution. <br />60-Day Schedule: Application accepted on December 12, 2000.
