The conditional use permit process (Section 1013 of the City Code) for this request allows the City to consider: � Compatibility with adjoining properties. A Impacts on traffic and public facilities. � Impacts on property value. � Impacts on general health, safety, and public welfare. � Compatibility with the Roseville Comprehensive Plan.
