City of Roseville Twin Lakes AUAR Letter of Agreement January 18, 2001 6
Primary Responsibility: Civil Engineer
Task 15: Water Surface Use. We will verify with City staff the use, if any, of
recreational surface waters uses within the Study Area.
Primary Responsibility: DSU and Civil Engineer
Task 16: Erosion and Sedimentation. We will provide the acreage to be graded or
excavated and the cubic yards of soil to be moved. We will describe any steep slopes or
highly erodible soils and identify them on a site map. We will present any erosion and
sedimentation control measures to be used during and after project construction.
Primary Responsibility: Civil Engineer
Task 17: Water Quality - Surface Water Runoff. A detailed analysis of stormwater
issues within the AUAR study area will be conducted. The analysis of water quality will
include a map of the proposed stormwater management system and of the water bodies
that will receive stormwater, a description of the stormwater system which identifies on-
site and "regional" detention ponding and an indication of whether the various ponds will
be new water bodies or converted esting ponds or wetlands. Where on-site ponds will
be used but have not yet been designed, the discussion will indicate the design standards
that will be followed.
Primary Responsibility: Civil Engineer
Task 18: Water Quality - Wastewater. The AUAR will identify impacts of the routes
and recommend route adjustments or mitigations to the sanitary sewer system, to match
City projections as indicated.
Primary Responsibility: Civil Engineer
Task 19: Groundwater - Potential for Contamination. A map will be prepared which
will show the location of a11 known soil or groundwater contamination sites, as well as
sites, due to past land use or activities, that are likely to exhibit contamination.
Primary Responsibility: Civil Engineer
Task 20: Solid Wastes; Hazardous Wastes; Storage Tanks. Using the concept plan
developed for Twin Lakes, an estimate of total municipal solid waste generated at
buildout will be prepared. Additionally, the location of esting registered storage tanks
and hazardous waste generators within the AUAR area will be itemized and mapped.
Primary Responsibility: Civil Engineer
