Impacts created by increased vehicle trips will be identified and solutions to mitigate impacts will be developed per the City's plans. Primary Responsibility: Traff c Engineer Task 22: Vehicle Related Emissions. Provide an estimate of the effect of the project's traffic generation on air quality, including carbon mono�de levels. Discuss the effect of traffic improvements or other mitigation measures on air quality impacts. If the project involves 500 or more parking spaces, the "EAW Guidelines" will be consulted about whether a detailed air quality analysis is needed. Mitigation proposed to eliminate any potential problems may be presented under Item 22 and merely referenced here. The NIl'CA will be consulted regarding possible ISP requirements; although the RGU may not want to assume responsibility for applying for an ISP for specific developments, it may be desirable to coordinate the AUAR and ISP analyses closely. Primary Responsibility: Tra�c Engineer Task 23 Stationary source air emissions. This item is not applicable to an AUAR. Any stationary air emission source large enough to merit environmental review requires individual review. Primary Responsibility: Tra�c Engineer Task 24: Dust, Odors, Noise. Measures to control dust and noise emissions during construction will be described. Primary Responsibility: Engineers Task 25: Nearby resources. If development of the AUAR area will interfere or change the use of any designated parks, recreation areas, or trails, this will be described in the AUAR. Any impacts on scenic views and vistas present in the AUAR will be addressed. For archeological, historical, or architectural resources, we will contact with the State Historical Preservation Office for their determination as to whether there are areas of potential impacts to these resources. If any e�st, an appropriate site survey of high probability areas will address the issue in more detail, and a mitigation plan will be included for any impacts. Responsibility: DSU Task 26: Visual impacts. We will analyze the Study Area for unique visual resources (natural features, vistas, etc.). We will analyze the chosen development scenario for expected impacts, if any, on the visual resources and describe them in the AUAR documents.
