4.0 APPROVAL by the CITY In approving the Final Development Plan for the McKinley Companies, Inc. Planned Unit Development, the CITY hereby incorporates the following e�ibits: Exhibit A Certificate of Survey of the e�sting property including all land features, dated Exhibit B Site development plan that includes property boundary, building setbacks, structure location (including the trash enclosure), curbing, parking setbacks, sidewalk, and landscaping, dated Exhibit C Grading plan illustrating existing grades and those proposed after completion of the proposed construction, drainage directions, spot elevations, catch basins for surface water catchment, dated Exhibit D Exhibit E Exhibit F Exhibit G Exhibit H Exhibit I Exhibit J Erosion control plan, dated Utility plan indicating sanitary sewer, watermain, gas, electric, and storm sewer connection, dated Site lighting plan including specifications and lighting calculations for parking lot, dated Landscape plan including materials list, sizes, and locations of all plant materials, dated Building floor plan with dimensions of the facility, dated Building elevations, with dimensions and materials identified, dated Commercial condominium by-laws. Exhibit K Anticipated site development schedule with estimated date of construction start, construction completion, utility, curb, gutter and landscape installation, and tentative occupancy date. The DEVELOPER shall develop the subject property as described or shown in these e�ibits. If the e�ibits vary from the written terms of this Agreement, the written terms shall controL In the event the e�ibits address items not specifically addressed in this agreement, the e�ibits shall govern with respect to those items.
