4.0 PLANNING COMMISSION CONSIDERATION <br />4.1 On September 13, 2000, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing <br />regarding the proposed amendments and examined the initial modifications. The <br />Commission determined that the proposed modifications should be further refined and <br />forwarded to the Zoning Committee for their review and comment. The Commission <br />continued the hearing and action on the request. <br />4.2 From October to December, the Roseville Zoning Committee reviewed proposed <br />modifications to the accessory building ordinance and suggested a number of <br />modifications to the language contained within the ordinance. <br />4.3 On January 10, 2001, the Roseville Planning Commission re-opened the public hearing <br />regarding the proposed ordinance amendment. At this hearing no citizens addressed the <br />Commission, however, the Commission did have a few questions of staff. The City <br />Planner answered each question with most pertaining to specific proposed language and <br />modifications that were not included. <br />4.4 The Planning Commission voted (5-0) to recommend approval of the staff initiated <br />request to amend Section 1004.O1A of the Roseville City Code as presented by staff <br />(ordinance attached). <br />5.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCII, ACTION <br />5.1 By motion, approve (approve with modifications or deny) final reading and adoption of <br />an ordinance amending Section 1004A1A of the Roseville City Code. <br />Prepared by.
