5.0 Suggested City Council Action <br />S.1 By motion, authorize the Fire Marshal to issue a burn permit to the Concordia Meadows <br />Atrium Townhome Association, 506 Lovell Avenue, to burn the wild growth around the <br />retention pond at the Tvwnhome complex, conditioned upon compliance with the following <br />stipulations: <br />a} The effective date of the permit shall be from April 1,200 1 through April 15, <br />2001; <br />b� The bum shall be conducted by acknowledged experts ; and, <br />c) The Association sha11 notify the �OSev��ie!
