All roof drainage created by the addition and e�sting attached garage <br />must be collected in gutters and channeled to the natural drainage way for <br />the applicant's properry (east). <br />NOW TI�REFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve <br />granting Brad & Randi Lundell, 1828 Ryan Avenue a 20 foot variance from Section 1004.02D4, <br />a 25 foot variance from Section 1004.02D�4, and a 23 foot variance from Section 703.04B4, <br />based on the findings and subject to the terms and conditions indicated above. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in fa�or: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
