This revised building square footage was a result of the approved Veritas Software development/mino� <br />administrative P. U.D. amendment authorized by City Code which permits 10% increase <br />adn2inistratively. <br />Under the current proposal, Veritas proposes to increase the gross building area <br />by 121,836 SF for the Veritas property. Currently under construction on the <br />Veritas properiy is a 5-story, 143,157 SF office building. Under the currently <br />approved PUD, two additional buildings, each totaling 58,346 SF was proposed. <br />Veritas is a multinational software company that has experienced dramatic growth <br />and demand for their services. The company has committed to establishing its <br />Nlidwest Headquarters in Roseville, NIN. To accomplish their needs for office <br />space, additional area is required. To meet its growth needs, Veritas is proposing <br />to replace the two previously approved 58,346 SF buildings with two new <br />buildings that would total 120,000 SF each. This would be accomplished by <br />converting the two 2-story buildings into 4-story buildings and by adding a <br />parking structure on the properiy. This would meet Roseville's parking <br />requirements. Please see Figure 4 for the proposed improvements to the Veritas <br />property.
