9.0 PLANNING CO�I�IISSION ACTION 9.1 On March 14, 2001, the Roseville Planning Commission held the Verizon Wireless public hearing regarding their CUP and variance requests. At the hearing no citizens were present to address the Commission. Commission Members did ask questions of the applicant and staff, which questions received an appropriate response (see attached draft minutes). 9.2 The Roseville Planning Commission recommended (6-0) approval of a resolution for a 40 square foot variance from Section 1012.10A10 (Support Buildings) of the City Code for Verizon Wireless to allow construction of a 240 square foot equipment shelter to support a telecommunication device at 2361 Highway 36, subject to the fmdings in Section 5 of the project report; and 9.3 The Planning Commission recommend (6-0) approval of a conditional use permit to allow Verizon Wireless to install a 120 foot monopole and associated antennas at 2361 Highway 36, subject to the conditions listed in Section 7 of the project report. 10.0 SUGGESTED COUNCIL ACTION 10.1 Offer a resolution approving (approve with modifications or deny) the request by Verizon Wireless for a 40 square foot variance from Section 1012.12A10 (Support Buildings of the Roseville City Code to allow construction of a 240 square foot equipment shelter to support a telecommunication device at 2361 Highway 36, subject to the findings in Section 5 of the project report. 10.2 Offer a resolution approving (approve with modifications or deny) the request by Verizon Wireless for a conditional use permit to install a 120 foot monopole and associated antennas at 2361 Highway 36, subject to the conditions listed in Section 7 of the proj ect report.
