STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission, the consistency with the <br />Parks and Recreation Systems Plan and the Lexington Park Master Plan, the staff recommends the <br />authorization to accept the bids as outlined. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion authorizing the acceptance of the following low qualified bids: <br />✓ For Excavation, Arrigoni Brothers. In the amount of $78,000 <br />✓ For Site Utilities, Julian Johnson in the amount of $49,900 <br />✓ For Site Asphalt Paving, Daly and Sons in the amount of $39,737 including alternates <br />✓ For Pavers, Glacial Ridge in the amount of $2,100 <br />✓ For Concrete, Arrigoni Brothers in the amount of $49,900 including alternates <br />✓ For Hardcourt Coating, Tennis Court Doctor in the amount of $4,280 <br />✓ For Site Amenities, Arrigoni Brothers in the amount of $23,250 including alternates <br />✓ For Landscaping, Nobel Nursery in the amount of $48,622 including alternates <br />✓ For Tubular Steel Fence, Keller Fence in the amount of $5,450 <br />✓ For Chain Link Fence, American Fence in the amount of $8,736 <br />and to reject all bids for the Irrigation System, the Masonry and Precast Stone and the <br />alternates for the Brick Structure with Arbor and the Ornamental Fencing.
