southwest portion of the park Until the City Council takes final action on your pending
PUD request, these RV pads would be considered a temporary situation and could not be
filled with year round, permanent units either during the summer or in the fall; nor may
they be used for temporary parking of other units. No additional RV or manufactured
home units may fill the concrete pads located on the front, Lexington Avenue site vacated
by the RVs until the Council takes final action on your PUD request.
Before the May 14`h meeting, make sure you have reviewed the details of this proposal
with City Engineer Deb Bloom, Building Official Don Munson and Fire Marshall John
Loflus prior to making any further commitments, because this relocation does change the
design of utilities and emergency vehicle access as well as paving. I have forwarded a
copy of this letter to them.
Just a reminder — your Mobile Home Park concept PUD hearing with the Planning
Commission is scheduled for Wednesday, May 9`h in the Council Chambers. Please have
representatives there to explain the concepts. Finally, for your records I have attached the
two past letters regarding the PUD process.
If there are questions, feel free to contact me or our city planner, Thomas Paschke (65 1-
490-2236).
Sincerely,
CITY OF ROSEVILLE
,
 1
By: Dennis P.
