A The added stair well shall be of similar material and matching and/or <br />complimentary colors to the e�sting exterior of the building. <br />B. The proposed principal structure shall be set back a minimum of 22 feet from the <br />north properiy line (Lovell Avenue right-of-way). <br />C. The City must provide a landscape planting plan for the addition. <br />D. All roof drainage created by the new structure must be collected in gutters and <br />channeled to the natural drainage way within the applicant's property. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereoi <br />and, the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
