EXTRACT OF MIl�I [7TES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, <br />the 26�` day of June, 2001 at 6:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR ROSELAWN <br />CEMETERY'S REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AT ALLOW THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A CREMATORY ON THE PREMISES, <br />803 LARPENTEUR AVENUE (PF 3315). <br />WHEREAS, a completed application by Roselawn Cemetery a consideration of a <br />Conditional Use Permit was accepted by the City on May 7, 2001, with a 60-day review deadline <br />of July 9, 2001; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />request by Roselawn Cemetery June 13, 2001, at which hearing the Commission determined <br />additional information was necessary to properly consider the request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission continued the hearing to the regularly scheduled <br />meeting of July 11, 2001; and <br />WHEREAS, a city initiated plan review e�tension is necessary for the Planning <br />Commission to complete their consideration and forward the Council a recommendation; and <br />WHEREAS, city staff has requested a 60-day e�tension to the 60-day review period, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the provision of the Planning Commission's <br />request for additional information. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Roseville, (the "City") Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the <br />time line for agency review of the application of Roselawn Cemetery for consideration of a <br />conditional use permit be e�tended for 60 days, from June 9,200 1 to September 9,200 1. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
