WHEREAS, an Alternate Urban Area Review (AUAR) and a Mitigation Plan for <br />the Twin Lakes Business Park Master Plan have been prepared and reviewed on June 26, <br />°� 2001 by the City Council; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council, based on the findings <br />listed in the Twin Lakes Master Plan and consistency with the adopted City of Roseville <br />Plan (as revised January, 2001) hereby approves and adopts the definition and <br />designation as"Business Park" as an appropriate land use in the Comprehensive Plan; <br />and adopts the amendment to the Comprehensive Plan map from Business ("B") and <br />Industrial ("P') to Business Park (`BP") for property generally legally described and <br />located as indicated on E�ibit "A", subj ect to review and comments of the Metropolitan <br />Council. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Q�����nS Files13232 TwinLakesRenewedPlanWUAR a�a EAW�CC ResolutionCompPlanAmend_062601 .ao� <br />
