V. Proposed Land Use <br />The proposed land use in the Twin Lakes Business Park breaks are broken down approximately in <br />acres & percentage of total area in the following table. <br />The recommended land use option 1 was prepared by Community Development staff and <br />recommended by the Planning Commission on December 13,200 1 to the City Council for <br />consideration. The recommended land uses were evaluated as follows using the planning <br />principles, goals and policies of the Plan. In addition, the following Twin Lakes Optionl and <br />OptionlA Maps and corresponding land use tables include the specific details on possible <br />density, coverage ratios and building heights. <br />
