EXTRACT OF NIINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEVII,LE <br />Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City <br />Hall on Monday, the 13�' day of December, 2000 at 6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Klausing Olson, Rhody, Cunningham, Mulder <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3232 <br />A RESOLUTION <br />REVISING THE TEXT AND LAND USE MAP DESIGNATIONS <br />OF THE EXISTING PLAN ADOPTED IN 1994 (AS AMENDED) BY <br />INCORPORATING THE TWIN LAKES MASTER PLAN OF 2000 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Metropolitan Land Planning Acts of 1976 and 1996 <br />the City of Roseville is required to prepare a city comprehensive plan, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, in 1994 adopted and in 1997 re-adopted a <br />revised plan entitled "City of Roseville Comprehensive Guide Plan", which was reviewed <br />and approved by the Metropolitan Council, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council established a comprehensive plan review and has <br />assisted by further authorizing a citizen survey (1990 and 1998) and community <br />Visioning Process (1992), entitled VISTA 2000, with over 100 citizen volunteers, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, as part of the Comprehensive Plan, <br />incorporated master plans for Twin Lakes Business Park originally in 1988 and revised <br />and re-incorporated the master plan in 1996, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has invited comment and provided legal <br />notice to affected communities and property owners within 350 feet of any land use map <br />change, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held the hearing for the Twin Lakes <br />Master Plan Renewal Strategy on November 8, 2000 and continued the hearing to <br />December 13, 2000 to allow more time to coordinate and assimilate Twin Lakes new <br />development into e�sting redevelopment areas; and <br />
