WHEREAS, the Planning Commission will review any amendments to the master <br />plan based on new issues that arise from environmental reviews, such as an Alternative <br />Urban Area Review (AUAR) process, which could result in a refinement to the Twin <br />Lake Business Park Master Plan amendment to the Comprehensive Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission hereby <br />adopts and recommends that the City Council approve the revisions to the Twin Lake <br />Business Park Master Plan of 2000 as an amendment to the City of Roseville <br />Comprehensive Guide Plan, subject to new issues which may arise from environmental <br />reviews, such as an Alternative Urban Area Review (AUAR) process; and subject to <br />review and comments of the Plan amendments by the Metropolitan Council. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Rhody and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo£ <br />Klausing, Olson, Rhody, Cunningham, Mulder <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Q:�Planning Files�3232 TwinLakesRenewedPlanlPCA Twin Lakes Resolution (121300).doc <br />
