5.0 PLANNING COMIVIISSION ACTION <br />5.2 At their meeting of June 12, 2001, the Planning Commission held the public hearing <br />regarding the two variances being requested by William Olson. No citizens addressed <br />the Commission regarding the Olson request and the Planning Commission only <br />requested clarification of the property line location and the Shoreview City Limits from <br />staff and the property owner. The Commission recommended (6-0) approval of the both <br />of the variances requested by Mr. Olson, based on the findings in section 3 of the project <br />report dated June 12,200 1. <br />6.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCII, ACTION <br />Adopt a resolution to approve (approve w/modifications or deny) the request of <br />William Olson, 3 188 West Owasso Boulevard, for a 19 foot variance to Section <br />703.04B 1 a of the Roseville City Code to allow an increase in the required driveway <br />apron within a public right-of-way from 26 feet to 45 feet, and a five foot variance to <br />Section 703.04B9 of the Roseville City Code to allow a driveway to e�st on the property <br />line, and encroach into the required five foot side yard setback. <br />Prepared by.
