Nays: none. <br />I-3 Klausing moved, Goedeke seconded, to dispense with the first <br />reading of the proposed rezoning ordinance and by second reading, <br />approve of the request by Dr. Changzhen Gong and the American <br />Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine to rezone from I- 1, <br />Light Industrial District to B-3 General Business District for the <br />properiy located at 1935 West County Road B-2, based on findings <br />in Section 4 and 5 and subject to conditions A through C in Section <br />6 of project report dated June 26, 2001.
