This fund <br />was set up to finance storm water system maintenance and improvements. We would work on <br />agreements with each of the agencies in conjunction with the preparation of plans and <br />specifications. Each agreement would be brought before the Council prior to approval of final <br />plans and specifications at the September 10 meeting. <br />Policy objectives: The City has taken a more active role in correcting regional drainage <br />problems. Much of our City was developed prior to the drafting of our current storm water <br />treatment and retention policies. As a result there are areas that need improvements.
