Community Development Department <br />May 21, 2001 <br />Schom Realty <br />2256 Le�ngton Avenue <br />Roseville, Mn. 55 113 <br />Re: Establishment of Finance/Realty Office within R-1 zone at 2256 Le�ngton Avenue <br />Dear Schorn Realty Manager: <br />The purpose of this letter is inform you that by opening a finance/realty office in a"R1" <br />single family residential zoning district at 2256 Le�ngton Avenue you ha�e violated the <br />Roseville City Code, specifically Zoning Section 1004.02 (attached) which permits only <br />single family homes, parks, churches, school, convents and public buildings and libraries, <br />low impact public or quasi public buildings, state licensed residential and group family <br />day care and child day care facilities. <br />The City records do not indicate that a rezoning to an office zone or other approvals for <br />an office building were ever approved for this R-1 zoned site (2256 Le�ngton Avenue). <br />Please provide evidence of prior approval or comply with the City Code by removing the <br />non-permitted use (or uses) from the site wit ' nf receipt of this letter. <br />Failure to comply with the City ode 'thi�n� � i orce staff to seek city attorney <br />and court actions.
