NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the <br />City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Robert Reichenbach for consideration <br />of two variances be extended for 60 days, from September 15, 2001 to November 14, 2001. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
