EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 27th <br />day of August, 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A <br />REQUEST SY ROSERT REICHENSACH FOR VARIANCES TO SECTION ZOO4.O1A6 <br />AND 1004.01E OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />1858 HAMLINE AvE1vuE (PF3334) <br />WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Robert Reichenbach for consideration of <br />variances to Section 1004.O1A6 and 1004.O1E on July 17, 2001; and <br />WHEREAS, said application was reviewed and accepted as complete by the Community <br />Development Department on July 17, 2001; and <br />WHEREAS, said application was presented to the Planning Commission at their regular <br />meeting of August 8, 2001 and recommended for approval with the condition that the applicant <br />supply the Community Development Department a property survey to validate the exact distance <br />and square footage of the variances requested; and <br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Department did not receive the survey in time <br />for consideration by the City Council at their meeting of August 27, 2001; and <br />WFEREAS, the 60-day review period expires on September 15, 2001, thus creating the <br />need for a review extension; and <br />WHEREAS, city staff has requested a 60-day extension to the 60-day review period, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the proper review and consideration of the Bauer <br />Home request. <br />
