EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCII, <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVII,LE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, NIINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />NTinnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, August 13, 2001, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: <br />The City Manger presented to the Council the proposed 2001 assessment roll for the following projects: <br />Citv Prolect: P-SW-99-14 <br />Larpenteur Avenue Reconstruction and Streetscape <br />2000 Pavement Mana�ement Pro�ram: City Project P-00-02 <br />Neighborhood 34 St. Albans Street, County Road B2 to Dale Street <br />Neighborhood 3 5 Grandview Avenue, Victoria Street to St. Albans Street <br />Cope Avenue, Cul-de-sac to Grotto Street <br />Grotto Street, Cope Avenue to Lovell Avenue <br />Grotto Street, Grandview Avenue to County Road B2 <br />St. Albans Street, Lovell Avenue to County Road B2 <br />Neighborhood 36 Brooks Avenue, Cohansey Street to Western Avenue <br />Irene Street, County Road B2 to Se�tant Avenue <br />Irene Court, Irene Street to Cul-de-sac <br />Sextant Avenue, Cohansey Street to Irene Street <br />2000 Pavement Mana�ement Pro r•°�: City Proj ect P-00-04 <br />Neighborhood 18 3 111 Avon Street (Cap Sewer and Water Services) <br />Neighborhood 40 365 Brooks Avenue (Sanitary Sewer) <br />RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PROPOSED SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARINGS <br />BE IT RESOLVID by the Council of the City of Roseville, that the proposed 2001 assessment roil for <br />the following projects: P-SW-99-14, P-00-02 and P-00-04, now on file and open to public inspection in <br />the office of the City Manager is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish and mail notices <br />stating that the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessments on September 24, 2001, at the <br />City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in the City of Roseville at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The notices shall state the date, time, and place of the meeting the general nature of said improvement, <br />the area proposed to be assessed, the total amount of the proposed assessment, that the proposed <br />assessment roll is on file with the Manager, that written or oral objectives thereto by any properiy owner <br />
