June 27, 2001 <br />To: Connie Pease, Chair, Roseville Ethics Commission. <br />From: Ed Burrell, Acting City Manager �� <br />Re: Inf'ormation f'rom Keith A Niemi, on behalf' of' John Kysylyczyn <br />At the June 26, 2001, City Council meeting, Mayor John Kysylyczyn, submitted two items to me for <br />referral to the Roseville Ethics Commission. <br />L Material regarding the Council's alleged violation of the open meetings statutes. <br />2. A letter from Mr. Keith A. Niemi, attomey on behalf of Mayor Kysylyczn regarding procedural <br />problems and a potential conflict of interest on the part of one of the Ethics Commission members. <br />In accordance to normal procedure under the City of Roseville's Ethics Commission Resolution, I am <br />hereby referring these documents to the Commission for evaluation and disposition. <br />
