NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED BUDGET OF <br />THE RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT FOR THE YEAR 2002 <br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE That the Board of Managers of the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District proposes to adopt the following budget for the year 2002.
