<br />Enclosed for your information is a Notice of Public Hearing on the RCWD Preliminary 2002
<br />Budget, along with a summary of the District's preliminary Operational Plan for 2002 and a more
<br />detailed breakdown of projected revenues and expenditures by project and program category.
<br />The RCWD Board of Managers would welcome any comments you may have prior to finalizing
<br />the budget. You may provide comments in writing prior to the public hearing date of
<br />September 12, 2001, or in person at the hearing.
