EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVII,LE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 27th day of August, 2001, at 6:30 dclock p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION <br />EXTENSION OF SATiJRDAY WORKING HOURS FOR <br />2001 CONTRACTS A& B: JOSEPHINE ROAD & <br />W. OWASSO BLVD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, the City's contractor, TA Schifsky and Sons, Inc. is currently working on the <br />reconstruction of Josephine Road and W. Owasso Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, City code defines construction working hours on Saturdays to be between 9am and <br />7pm; and <br />WHEREAS, the Contractor, TA Schifsky and Sons, Inc. would like to start working on <br />Saturdays and has requested to start work at 7am; and <br />WHEREAS, the e�tension will ensure that these contracts will be completed on time; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI� CITY OF <br />ROSEVII,LE, NIlNNESOTA, that for 2001 Contracts A& B: Josephine Road and W. Owasso <br />Blvd Reconstruction projects; the Saturday start time for working hours be moved up from 9am <br />to 7am between September lst and October 27th. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof , and the <br />following voted against the same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
