Reports And Recommendations <br />F-1 Jallell Miersch, of the Rice Creek Watershed District, discussed the <br />activities of The District and the proposed budget for 2002. <br />Maschka asked about debris in creeks, especially around NW <br />College, and about channels and ditches improved to amenity <br />standards. Goedeke requested citizen contact information and <br />staffing. Kysylyczyn asked about appointment process to governing <br />body. <br />F-2 Frank Pafko of MnDOT reported on Trunk Highway 36 lighting <br />He discussed the history of the project, the reasons for the project, <br />and MnDOT's outreach mistakes. He apologized for the mistakes <br />and discussed that MnDOT is doing to address the light pollution, <br />such as light shields. Maschka asked about the light readings. <br />Kysylyczyn commented about the City cooperating with residents <br />and MnDOT. <br />The Council entertained citizen comments. Roseville resident, <br />Merlyn Scroggins commended City Council and Staff; and made <br />Rice Creek �Vatershed <br />District (Report only) <br />MnDOT <br />Hwy 36 Lighting <br />
