The process included the presentation and <br />evaluation of a portfolio of his experience, education, professional development, professional contributions, <br />association memberships and involvement, community service and technical competencies. The process also <br />included a thorough overview of how Roseville's Fire Department functions with regard to benchmarks <br />established for future fire department accreditation. <br />No Council action required. <br />
