2.3 The two property owners have had a mutual agreement on care and use of the land area; <br />however, the division would bring corrective action and closure to the remnant properiy. <br />2.4 Staff has reviewed the attached sketch plan for the proposed "Correction" and has <br />concluded that the lot line modification will not create any setback inconsistencies. Both <br />parcels ha�e principal structures that meet a11 applicable requirements. Further, the new <br />parcel line would be placed so as to leave the fence on the Erickson property. <br />2.5 The applicants have provided a survey that indicates the proposed correction. However, <br />additional information will be necessary after Council approval in order to properly <br />record the minor subdivision with Ramsey County. <br />3.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />3.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of the request by Ms. Darlene <br />Erickson and NIr.
