WI�REAS, on September 12,2001, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public <br />hearing regarding the Advent Lutheran Church request for a variance and conditional use permit <br />to construct the 1,200 square foot accessory building and voted (6-0) to recommend approval of <br />the conditional use permit, subject to the following conditions: <br />A. The detached accessory building shall be limited to a size of 30 feet by 40 feet <br />or 1,200 square feet. <br />B. Windows must be incorporated into 40-foot long wa11 to break-up the <br />structures mass. <br />C. Landscaping including coniferous varieties shall be incorporated around the <br />accessory structure to screen and break up the mass of the structure for <br />adjacent residential properties. <br />U. The structure must be setback a minimum of five feet from the side and rear <br />property line. <br />�'. Should the structure be placed adjacent the west property line, gutters must be <br />included to properly channel roof drainage away from the west residential <br />property. <br />F. The roof truss design must be of similar design to that of contiguous <br />properties. <br />G. The accessory structure must be constructed typical residential materials. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve of <br />the conditional use permit granting Advent Lutheran Church a conditional use permit to allow the <br />construction of a 1,200 square foot accessory building on the premises located at 300 Hamline <br />Avenue, based on the findings and conditions indicated above. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in fa�or thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WI�REUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
