Toastmasters provides a positive learning environment in which members develop their <br />communication and leadership skills. <br />Eight Toastmasters clubs of 20-30 people meet weekly in the City of Roseville: Capitol Square, First <br />Energizers, Four Seasons, Ring of Clubs, Ring Webster, Midland, MNRPCV and Rat Pack. <br />Council Action Reauested: <br />Motion adopting a proclamation that October is Toastmasters Month. <br />
