ADDENDUI�I TO AGREEI�IENT FOR RECYCLING COLLECTION <br />BET'�VEEN THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE AND <br />�VASTE 1�IANAGEI�IENT OF 1�IINNESOTA INCORPORATED <br />This Addendum, by and between the City of Roseville, a Minnesota municipal <br />corporation (hereinafter "City") and Waste Management of Minnesota, Incorporated, a <br />Minnesota corporation (hereinafter "Contractor"), amends the previous Agreement made and <br />entered into on the 28�` day of December, 1998, for the curbside collection of recycling <br />materials. <br />1N CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL COVENANTS CONTAlNED HEREIN, <br />CITY AND CONTRACTOR AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />l. Prior A�reement. The Agreement for Recycling Collection between the parties <br />made and entered into on December 28, 1998, for the curbside collection of recycling <br />materials throughout the City's municipal limits, shall remain in full force and effect, except as <br />specifically amended by this Addendum. <br />2. Amendment. The paragraphs to the Agreement identified below are amended to <br />read as follows: <br />IIL 1. Compensation: City agrees to pay Contractor $2.05 per certified <br />dwelling unit per month. <br />IV. L Term: The term for providing recycling collection shall be January 1, <br />2002 through December 31, 2002. <br />96313 <br />
