Goedeke <br />asked about the timing of the program in the six areas of the City. <br />Klausing asked about participation rates by area and timing of pick- <br />up. Kysylyczyn asked for more information about participation and <br />costs. Maschka asked about the Year 2000 Program and whether it <br />was an aberration.
