Three letters of protest were read into the record: <br />A1 Welsh of Al's Billiards, 13 19 West Larpenteur; Scott and Wanda <br />Bramore of Star Car Wash, 13 15 West Larpenteur Avenue, Suite D; <br />and William J. Hargis, on behalf of Roseville Senior House, 1045 <br />Larpenteur Avenue. In addition, John Ericson of 1233 West <br />Larpenteur protested verbally; as did Lester Goldblatt, on behalf of <br />the Roseville Senior House of 1045 Larpenteur Avenue; Scott <br />BTariilOri of 13 15 West Larpenteur; and Ruby Ericson, wife of John, at <br />1233 West Larpenteur. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, to continue the assessment <br />hearing for P-SW-99-14, the Larpenteur Avenue Street <br />Reconstruction, to October 8, 2001. Public Hearing and <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, to authorize the City Acceptance of <br />Manager to accept the LLEGB Grant of $15,461. Goedeke asked about public notification for this Roseville Mobile <br />item, and commented about parking and additions in the Mobile Home Park <br />Home Park Some residents of the Mobile Home Park (2599 <br />Lexington Avenue) spoke: Robert Foss, Unit 412; Tammy Sanders, <br />Unit 102; Sheila Mahnken, Unit 5 13.
