This presents a <br />conflict with the regular City Council meeting on that date. <br />Council Action Requested <br />Motion to reschedule the Monday, November 12, 2001 regular City Council meeting to: <br />A. Tuesday, November 13,200 1, or <br />B. Monday, November 5,200 1, or <br />C. Wednesday, November 7, 2001 <br />Option A. simply moves the Council meeting to the ne�t day. <br />Option B. moves the Council meeting to the first Monday in November. <br />Option C. moves the Council meeting to the first Wednesday in November. <br />Options A. & C. also may enable the City Council to hold its annual joint meeting with the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission. The Commission is moving their Tuesday, November 6, meeting due to the City <br />Election. They could move their November 6 meeting to either Wednesday the 7 or Tuesday the 13. If the <br />Council prefers to reschedule its meeting to coordinate with the Commission's rescheduled meeting date, <br />Staff will facilitate that joint meeting on either Wednesday, November 7 or Tuesday, November 1 j at the <br />Council's or Commission's convenience. <br />
