EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF ROSEYII.LE <br />* * * . * * * * * � * <br />Pursuant to due call and notic;e thereof, a regular meeting of lhe City Council of the Ciry of Roseville, County of Ramsey, <br />Muinesota was duiy held on the 26th day of November, 2001 at 6:30 p.m. <br />'['he f�tlowing members were present: and , and the foltowing �vere absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION AGREEING TO REFLECT AN ADJUSTMENT IIY ANY FUTURE TAX INCREMENT <br />SHORTFALL GRANT APPLICATIONS <br />Wf�REAS the Ciry of Roseville City Council has decertified certain Tax Increment Districts nnd Parcels, and <br />WHEItEAS, the State of Minnesota is requiring the City to reflect an adjustment for "missed opportunities" in any <br />application for tax increment debt shortfalls; <br />NOW, 'fHEREFORE, I3E IT RESOLVED, the City agrees to reflect an adjustment for "missed opportunities" in any <br />application to the State of Minnesota for tax increment debt shortfalls. <br />'I'he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and , and the following voted against the same: <br />WFIEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
