EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 26th day of November, 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following members were absent: . <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. x;XXX <br />RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON <br />SHELDON STREET AND SEXTANT AVENUE <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, residents have complained about student parking on their street, blockin� traffic <br />and mail delivery; <br />AND WHEREAS, there have been many incidents of speeding, loud music and Iittering; <br />AND WHEREAS, the problems occur between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on <br />school days; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that <br />parking is hereby prohibited between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, <br />September through May on Sextant Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Holton Street, on <br />Sheldon Street from Sextant Avenue to Brooks Avenue, and on Albert Street from Sextant <br />Avenue to a point 300 feet north. <br />The motion was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: , and the following voted against: . <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
