November 5, 2001 <br />John Rhody <br />Planning Commission Chairman <br />City of Roseville <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Dear Mr. Chairman: <br />On the day the construction was being done on Mr. Hoff's <br />property, i was outside in the front yard (lakeside) of Mr. <br />Shiely's home. <br />I saw the Roseville inspector and heard him tell the <br />contractors putting up the fence that they had to stop <br />construction because the fence was not within Roseville <br />builditlg Codes. <br />The men did stop after the inspector left. They did call Mr. <br />Hoff and he was there within 20-30 minutes. <br />Mr. Hoff told the men, ��Just keep putting the fence up. I <br />will handle Roseville. I've got an in.�� <br />Then Mr. Hoff walked off calling someone on his cell <br />phone. <br />�� <br />� � <br />�� <br />en N. Cre <br />
