<br />At the tirst re�ular meetin� c�f the Plannin� C�mmission following the Council action
<br />pursuant to Cit�� Code Chaptcr �'01 c�f rach vcar, the Commission shall hold its annual business
<br />meeting (April). The Cc�mmission shall clect a Vice-Chair from among its members. In the
<br />event of a resienation. the Plannin� C'ommission shall an�oint a renlacement from amone its
<br />members to fiilfill the unexpired term. At the meeting, the Commission shall also review and/or
