<br />At last Monday's Work Session, I broached the idea of reversing the character of each meeting,

<br />meeting on November 17 would enable us to get more planning and zoning issues resolved. The Mayor

<br />Consequently, with this memo I ask for your approval, pursuant to Rules l and 2 of the
<br />Council's Rules of Procedure, to address both work session and business items at both December meetings.
<br />Additionally, since last Monday's Work Session, I have been reminded that Monday, December
<br />10 is the beginning of Hanukkah. Hence, I am also asking through this memo for your authority to move the
<br />Monday, December 10`h meeting to Tuesday, December 11.
<br />Policv Imnlications: This request is made consistent with Rules 1 and 2 of the Council's approved Rules of
<br />Procedure.

<br />Council Action Requested: Motion to approve (a) changing the City Council's normal meeting date from
<br />Monday, December 10 to Tuesday, December 11, due to the observance of Hanukkah; and (b) authorizing the
<br />City Manager to create agendas for the Council meetings on December 11 and 17 that may contain both work
<br />session as well as action/business items.
