If it daes, we <br />need new ones. <br />To save yourself and the city 6�om ihe embarrassment of an ethi�a coiavmittee <br />investigation I'm asldng ihat J�n Kysylyczyn resign efFective imtnedfately. <br />If John Kysylyczyn refluses to resi�► I hereby request the RosevIIle Ethics Ca�mission <br />to look iato Mr. gysylyczyn's canduct to delermine whether 1� has violated his oath of <br />atiice or comaritted any ethics violetions and report theic Fmtlin�s to the City Councit. <br />If John Kysylyczyn does not msign I recommend that the Ethics Commission look for <br />other examples whece John Kysylyczyn dces not tdl the whole truth like the etatemenE <br />he made un page 6Z line 3 in his deposition in the Jet�ery Niels�, et al vs. City of <br />Roseville casc on 1/11/OL. There he stated "the l91e [the Roseville code enforceme� <br />depachnent's Hle on his home] was 4S0 pa�es thick..."
