City Council Minutes -� 1 1/26/O1 <br />Copy Page 5 <br />Gl Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to adopt a resolution approving the <br />request by James Telstad for a 2'/z foot side yard variance to Section <br />1004.0 lA8 of the Roseville City Code to allow construction of a 10 <br />foot by 10 foot (100 sq. ft) garden shed on properiy located at 2993 <br />Fairview Avenue, based on the comments and findings in Section 3, <br />4, and 5, and the conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated <br />November 26, 2001, and the use of wood materials matching the <br />e�sting garage. Roll Ca11, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, <br />Klausing and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. <br />c-2 Welsch briefly reviewed the reasons for the proposed change in the <br />Planning Commission's regular meeting date. <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to affirm the change in regular <br />monthly meeting date of the Planning Commission, from the second <br />Wednesday to the first Wednesday of the month. (New meeting <br />schedule would begin on January 2, 2002.) Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Klausing and Kysylyczyn. No Continued to 12/17/O1 <br />Council action is needed at this time. <br />c-4 Butterfield briefly reviewed the extensive community outreach Human Rights Commissio <br />effort to attract persons to fill four vacancies. Appointments & to <br />Advertise for One Vacancy <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to appoint Todd Anderson (term <br />expires 3/31/02), Mark Chappin (term expires 3/31/02), Larry <br />Voeller (term expires 3/31/02) and Stephen Zorn (term expires <br />3/31/02) to the Human Rights Commission. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Klausing and Kysylyczyn. Nays: <br />None. <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to direct staff to advertise for <br />one vacancy on the Human Rights Commission from December 5, <br />2001 through January 30, 2002.
