COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion denying the appeal of Mr. Vengesana R. Sridhar of 654 Grandview on the removal <br />of dangerous portions of a tree from his premises and authorization to notify Sridharthat he <br />has 30 days from December 12, 2001 to remove the designated dangerous portions of the <br />tree from his property and if Mr. Sridhar fails to comply within the 30 day period, that the <br />City will, within 10 days, order a licensed contractor to remove the tree and assess the <br />costs to the property. <br />
