CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MIl�iNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION N0. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DECERTIFICATION OF <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS <br />NOS. 2, 3, 4, 14, and 15 <br />OF THE CITYOF ROSEVILLE <br />WHREAS, the City of Roseville (the `City") has heretofore created its Tax Increment Financing Districts <br />Nos. 2, 3, 4, 14 and 15 (the "Districts") within its Development District No. 1(the "Project"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to cause the decertification of the districts after which all property taxes <br />generated within the Districts will be distributed in the same manner as all other property taxes. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the City's staff <br />shall take action as is necessary to cause the County Auditor of Ramsey County to decertify as of <br />December 3 1, 2002, the Districts as tax increment districts and to no longer remit tax increments from the <br />Districts to the City beginning with taxes payable 2003. <br />Adopted <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Manager <br />
