EXTRACT OF MIl�I UTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />� � � * � ,k � r � A R <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 17th day of December, 2001 at 6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: and , and the following were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION AGREEING TO REFLECT AN ADJUSTMENT IN ANY FUTURE TAX <br />INCREMENT SHORTFALL GRANT APPLICATIONS <br />WHEREAS the City of Roseville City Council has decertified Tax Increment Districts 2,3,4,14, and 15. <br />and <br />WI�REAS, the State of Minnesota is requiring the City to reflect an adjustment for "missed opportunities" <br />in any application for tax increment debt shortfalls; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City agrees to reflect an adjustment for "missed <br />opportunities" in any application to the State of Minnesota for tax increment debt shortfalls. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member and upon a vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereoi and , and the following voted against <br />the same: <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
