5.0 Staff Recommendation <br />S.1 Staff recommends'approval of the identified consultants to complete task 1-3 as outlined in <br />Section 3 above. Each consultant is part to the City existing pool of consultants as of <br />2002 and have signed completed the necessary ethics disclosure agreements.
