A. W HAT IS THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ANNUAL AFFIRMATION AND AMENDMENT PROCESS? Affirmation. Each year Roseville consolidates and affirms all changes made in its City Comprehensive Plan during the past year. This is an effort to keep all changes together in an annual update, keeping the Plan current. The changes may include new policies or revisions made to maps and statistics within the Plan. By a review and adoption process at the end of the calendar year, the City officially adopts and includes those changes in the Plan document. Amendment. The amendment process is an opportunity for the City Council, Planning Commission, individuals, groups, or City Departments to propose a change to Roseville's Comprehensive Plan. The current Plan was adopted in September of 1994. As the Planning Commission and City Council work with the Plan, they have found that amendments are necessary to address changing conditions and to reflect on-go��E�, work or new information.
